Here is my recepty for it::Take the fillets off,cut out theY-bone(just like pike or walleye)mix slt+garlic powder+paprika=pepper.season fish,cover least 2hrs.Then dip fish 1st in seasoned flour2nd.dee ins crasm bled raw eggs.3rd deep in graham or cornflakes crambs sit it 10 minutes and it's ready to fry.Try it & e-mail me
