Very inspiring video. So basically you're saying if someone raises their vibration, even in an environment or situation that is not pleasant, they will attract things of a higher vibration, thus their current situation or environment will change to something better? Even if they just focus on the good aspects of their current situation, they will attract things that are good even if those things that have manifested weren't intentional?

The first half of what you have written is correct. But there are no manifestations that just happen. Every single manifestation in your life materialised because of what you paid attention to and what thoughts you were having. You can intentionally pay attention to only good things so that only things of such nature would manifest into your reality.
