Colorado Seamless Gutters - EPA Renovate, Repair and Painting lead testing

This video shows us using the Lead Check brand testing kit to check for lead in the paint of the clapboard siding sample. The new EPA Renovate, Repair and Painting rule (RRP) goes into effect on April 22, 2010.
This particuliar sample, which we removed from a house that we were working on in Boulder, CO, tested positive for the presence of lead.
After 4/22/10, this would have required us to follow the RRP guidelines.
Colorado Seamless gutters is an EPA certified firm and currently has seven employees that have completed the 8 hour EPA course to become Certified Renovators.
