Climate: EU Leaders Present Failure as Success

After failing to reach agreement on financing the impact of climate change in developing countries, representatives of the 27 countries in the European Union, EU Commission President Jose Manuel Barroso and Swedish Prime Minister Fredrick Reinfeldt, present an agreement reached as a "success" while it clearly does not deal with the issue of how Europe is going to sort out its financial contribution to the 100 billion euro per year that will be required.
