http://CookingInHD.com - I've taken Mediterranean herb-crusted goat cheese, stuffed it in a chicken breast, and wrapped it with bacon. I've served this with my Basil Pesto Linguine, and Bocconcini Mozzarella Tomato Salad. The simple recipes for all three dishes available at http://CookingInHD.com/ Buon appetito.

  • I found your recipe this afternoon and made it tonight with great success. Unbelievable flavor. I didn't have goat cheese so I used Pepper Jack instead with some sun dried tomatoes in olive oil as the stuffing. The wrapped bacon sent me over the edge. Bacon makes everything good in my opinion. So moist, juicy and tender. Thank you for sharing and I'm glad to have found your channel.

  • @reichardtaj - I'm really pleased that this recipe worked out for you, and that you decided to put your own twist on it by experimenting with different flavor combinations. I might just try it your way... it sounds terrific. Cheers, B.

  • I'm gonna make this "Heart attack in a pan" for dinner and wash it down with a glass of melted butter mixed with sprite.

  • @PAPAA1212 - It's not quite a Paula Deen recipe. ;-) If you use turkey bacon, this is actually quite healthy.

  • @cookinginhd Fair enough. But what about the Goat cheese. What's the sub for that?

  • @PAPAA1212 - Goat cheese is actually one of the healthiest cheeses you can get. For a 30g portion (about 2 tbsp), it has only 6g of fat, and 80 cal. That's quite reasonable given the extra flavor it adds, IMO.

  • @evieromero16 - Yes. This is a gas oven, so the aluminum foil isn't touching any electric heating elements. The oven can't get hot enough to melt the aluminum foil, and it prevents spills from making a mess inside the oven.

  • I...I can't...I bow to your mastery of bacon, my liege...

  • OMG!! that looks amazing .

  • @BlaineMooneyham yes fine.

  • Oh, you didn't cut the chicken open and show the cheese melt :(

  • First video of yours I've seen & I am excited to try this out for the family. Nice to know meals like this can be created with a young one in the house - my 2 month old tends to interrupt at the most inopportune times!
