The beat itself was alright, but as it was, it was pretty much just a loop. Thats all well and good, but I think you may need a bit more going with the beat. The vocal sample seems to pretty much come out of nowhere too...maybe scratch it in or use another sample. Peep the movie "Full Metal Jacket" for that. And the track may need something besides that chill piano...world of shit says "THIS IS HARD!"

But all in all, good beat..nothing but love for hiphop. Keep it up. Peace.

I listened to this having JUST discovered Ahmad Jamal this morning.

My thoughts are pretty much spot on with Janteniello. Nice beat but it needs more. A few more breaks.

The vocal sample is screaming out to be scratched as itsounds a bit disjointed at the moment.

Other than than, nice mid 90's NY sound!
