Jesmond used to be a very upper class suburb where the well to do lived. Students moved in and gradually the area started a slow but steady decline. Eventually, as usually happens in nice areas, the decent folk move out and more and more anti-socials move in. Sadly, this is the result. Jesmond is no longer a Des-Res. R.I.P. Jesmond. :=(

This is the cause of greedy bastard landlords maximizing profit by letting multiple rooms in nice houses to ungrateful spoilt bastard students who have no respect for the area

jesmond is a nice place but those middle class bastard students trash it and run home to mummy and daddy 3years later
