I love how everyone seems to think that your jeep is now impervious to water if you have a snorkel, there's a lot more to it then that, you need to waterproof all the electrical connections, as well as extending dif,tcase,tranny breathers.

People were just taking a pick on the kid for driving too quickly through high water in a $35k vehicle.. It could have easily ended up as a paper weight, and FYI garuntee you 90% of the people watching this video have a Jeep, the real Jeeps are the 04 and under IMO

I dont think people are arguing thats not what a Jeep is for, but arguing about your Inexperience behind the wheel.. When you go in water that Deep you never drive as fast as you did. The water at time went over your hood and the air intake is right by the headlight. You could have sucked water into the manifold and locked your engine up, and for a new vehicle a new engine can cost $3-4k easily.
