Those guys in blue berets are the Phillipine members from UN Stabilization MIssion, they are the ones who first to arrive at the scene, their HQ is about 5 kms. away from the site and they have to run for 2 kms to get there and they rescue anyone who they can find using their bare hands!
we have that "BAYANIHAN" (heroic) spirit in terms of situation like these.

Well, vodoo has played no part on that one, and on almsot evertyhing they said was vodoo when I was growing up I now disagree.
Vodoo for some people is only a way to have something to blame of to get rid of the truth.

This may have nothing with vodoo but vodoo people can do that too.I have been friends of vodoo people where distroying construction just like this would be somethong easy.If I have to blame, i would blame the engineers, the owner, God and satan who let that happen.They are all responsible and at last, i would blame the goverment, the mayor first and the parents at the end.I would get scare of the building even before it collapsed.

No,Haiti is not cursed. I beleive otherwise. I beleive is God's way to show how strong Haiti is. Going from one tragedy to another,yet it's still around going strong.
That has nothing to do with Vodoo, or anyone's fault. Change is coming from above soon. If You live long enough, you'll see.
Haiti's situation may has to do with race; nothing else. All rich countries in the world get decent help from all other rich and poor countries, but Haiti never gets the kind of helps it really needs.
