It's like "There's a storm, a war about to start, you have to get aware of what you really count on and save it because they will rip it away brutally if you don't."
And this "Go back to sleep" is like it would be meant for Draco, like his family says to him he really shouldn't mind that they are about to kill Harry Potter and all his other "enemies", he shouldn't be moved by it in any way and it is not his business.
