Chapter 120: Nick and Selena (3/3)

Nick's P.O.V.

"Hey Selena," I said.

I gave her a quick hug, then led her to the SUV. We hopped into the back, and Big Rob started driving. She began to talk immediately. I just smiled and listened to everything she had to say.

"Oh, I'm sorry," she said. A cute blush came into her cheeks. I chuckled. She had just noticed that I wasn't talking much. "I'm doing all the talking."

"That's fine. Everyone knows I'm the quiet Jonas," I said. She giggled.

"What about Nicki?" she asked.

"Are you serious? She can out talk any of us anyday," I said. "She's quiet in public, but not at home."

"I'm glad we had seats beside each other on that flight," she told me.

"I know, because I got to meet you," I said. Wow, Nick, cheesy much? She blushed again.

We continued to talk. About random things. She asked me how the recording of Nicole's album was going, if we were writing, and about the 3-D movie that we would be filming in New York. Our conversation lasted long past arriving at the restaurant and receiving our food.

I've never been this comfortable around a girl, other than Nicki and Sarah Beth. I still get the butterflies when she's around, and the warm feeling whenever we bump hands. I really, really like this girl.

We finished eating in about a half hour, but we continued to talk. I've never talked this much before, to anyone outside of Nicki and my brothers! I said something cute, causing her to giggle. I smiled, and against my will, leaned in.

She got caught in my gaze, and began to lean in as well. We were maybe six inches apart when she told me, "I don't kiss on a first date."

"Well..." I smirked in and leaned in a little more. "I don't play by the rules."

I stared straight into her beautiful brown eyes. I leaned in the last remaining inches and touched my lips to hers. I didn't linger there, but pulled away after only a couple seconds. Sparks ignited throughout my body when we kissed.

She looked at me, a little dazed. Then she hit my arm. "Cheater!"

"I warned you," I told her. She shook her head. I looked up at her, at the same time she did to me. "Selena, will you be my girlfriend?"

My heart beat quieted, as did my breathing. I waited for her answer, scared for rejection. She gazed into my eyes, and smiled.

"Yes," she said.

I smiled as well. We stood up, and I hugged her tightly. I got the girl that I wanted...hopefully it would work out.

Nicki's P.O.V.

"He kissed me!" Selena squealed.

My eyes widened and I pulled her into a hug with Demi and Dani. We were in my brothers' dressing room. They were doing soundcheck. Demi and I had already finished.

"And..." Sel said, pulling out of the hug, "he asked me to be his girlfriend."

I smiled, as did Dani and Demi. We all were leaned forward a little.

"And? What'd you say?!" Demi asked.

"Yes," Selena said.

We all squealed happily. Then started giggling stupidly. I was so happy! My brothers had the three best girlfriends possible. I heard laughing from the doorway, and we turned to see my brothers. They were laughing at us, with David.

"Wow, having fun?" Joe asked. He came over and sat down next to Demi.

"Yes we are," Demi said. She scooted closer to Joe to make room for Kevin on the couch. Nick sat next to Selena on the other couch. David sat down on the other side of Selena. I frowned.

I don't think David likes me, because there is a huge space beside me...that's empty.
