I was amazed when taking the train from Lubeck to Copenhagen that a part of our journey would be by ferry, and that the train actually went into the ferry! We didn't even have to get off if we didn't want to! Really fun trip!
@badworm823 That is certainly a change from past years. I remember taking the train up to 2005, and the conductor offered a choice of staying aboard, or going up on deck. The only rule was that you had to stick with your choice. There was to be no leaving or re-entering the train during the voyage.
You can hear the voice in background saying that It is not allowed to stay in train on the ferry - it was travelling by the train from Copenhagen to Berlin at the end of August and everybody has to leave the train. The same situation is with cars and trucks (which are at the same deck) and probably it's because of some safety rules on ferries.
