@Kasdeveo naah? I've ussed it on a 8 year old computer windows XP and it runs 100% speed. I can even overclock it .on my current windows 7 laptop it runs great too.

@LiamOllie7777777 There is a way to connect a ps3 controller to the computer but not a ps1. i'm not 100% Sure on how to do it, try youtubing it
