HERE'S OTTO PART 87

Otto finds a loop hole in physics and does the impossible (except for Otto) in bouncing a tennis ball. Otto meets Loki again but Loki is unsure of Otto's physics trick. Otto finds a well worn non-squeaking ball that still emits enough of a sound to be more alive than a tennis ball. Otto gives away his technique through slow motion. Otto OKs out takes that include a pure bred wooly beagle who barks at different pitch. Only one wind surfer was out today while several air craft fly past the dog park in a final approach to landing at SFO beyond Coyote Point.
