Keep in mind this was ran with a 4.1 m/s tail wind which is over double the legal limit. Where as Usain's 9.69 was run with no wind at all and he didn't even go full throttle in the end. Just sayin'...

I've never been a fan of American athletes (far too much arrogance and false egotism, including their crowd) but...Maurice Green was my fav sprinter of all time. It was amazing to watch him. Tyson Gay (IMO) is the best sprinter of all time. I know Usain Bolt is the official fastest and I love watching his blazing speed, but height for height Gay is better and faster.

@HairySports damn right,nothing is bigger and more important for an sprinter than the olympic final. but bolt will try his hardest in daegu too because he wants to defend his titles,thats something a "legend" should be able to do! but i think gay has a realistic chance to win gold in daegu if he improves his start and especially his drive phase..we'll see
