open g tuning is hard..im afraid my strings would break huhuuh..wat did u do to let your strings stretch?

lol i get what your sayin. when i first tried the song i was afraid to tune that high, too. Just do it. But do it slowly. the strings will stretch to that tuning. just go little by little so your not putting so much strain on the strings all at once. and it helps if the strings are newer. the older they are, the more fragile they probly are, and the more likely they are to break.
