@sofdha1 If you watch the show, they tell you at the end the specific measurements of everything. Also, if you look on the bottom right, it will tell you how much of what to put. Go to his website sanjeevkapoor com and type "Chole" and click on the first recipe. Then go back and type in "Baked Bhatura" and you will find the recipe. Stop being so lazy and appreciate what he shows.
Be glad he is such a great chef instead of calling his presentation "bad".

Fresh onions, Coriander, Lemon are must with Chole :)
