Liturgical Correction:
In the Easter Triduum: After the Gloria at the Mass of the Lord's Supper, the organ and bell of the Church must be silent. We will not able to hear it until the Vespers at Easter Vigil.

It was never about the act of washing someone's feet per se. It was about sacrificing your own ego for the benefit of others. This has become a worthless ceremony, but in real life no one washes other's feet (metaphorically speaking) anymore. Which one is greater? Someone who literally participates in such a ceremony or a person who forgives often?

This is such a beautiful song. I am going to be apart of this tomorrow at my church. Thanks for showing people this. MARANA THA! Come, Lord Jesus! We seek you!

More results of the phoney Vatican II false religion with it's new motto..."I never met a tradition I couldn't water down"! Catholics, PLEASE wake up and read about Modernism, read what Pope Pius IX and Pope Pius X wrote about it. The conciLIAR church is a false church lead by modernist heretics, not true Bishops and Popes.

Are they washing only the one leg? What about the other?

The question is not that one is better than the other. The Church teaches that men and women have different vocations because they are different. It is demeaning to women to suggest that the only way that they can have value is to be the same as men.
On the does God care point:
If Mass is the offering of Christ's sacrifice in Communion with Him on the Cross (which it is), I would imagine that he does care whether we can be bothered to do it properly.
Why are the women going out into the assembly to wash the feet? This should not be done. So far I have seen that the liturgical ceremonies at this cathedral at not very correct, although they seem to have a beautiful choir and orchestra, but after the Gloria on Holy Thursday, the organ and other instruments should be silenced if possible.
