In this quick 2½ -minute video Sean & Cathy feature a recipe from the 2007 National Beef Contest Champion. This dish is a lot like the lettuce wraps PF Changs serves. Brown up 1 pound of ground beef until there is no more red or pink. Add some soy sauce, carrots, bamboo shoots, water chestnuts and stir. Next take a head of lettuce and remove the stem. Peel off some of the leaves from the backside to use as your wraps. Then you can make your "Wowee Sauce". Take 8 oz of crushed pineapple drained, 1/3 cup of orange marmalade (microwaved for a few seconds to softened up) and 2 tablespoons of soy sauce. Mix that all together for a delicious sauce! Take one leaf of lettuce and pile some of the meat mixture right in the middle then spoon on some of the wowee sauce. Now just roll it up like a little burrito and wala!
