I like how their animation makes it seem the ford goes almost double the length as compared to the chev to fool the simple folk.

Ford and Chevy are about the same. Even tho my dad has owned both and saves more diesel in a Chevy doing the same work load too

i think the Duramax and Powerstroke would get very similar fuel economy. however based on personal experience and the experience of others- Duramax gets slightly better fuel economy. theres a number of things that aren't shown on these tests. i read when the silverado was returned, it was returned with low tire pressure and an intentionally clogged air filter. Could it be that ford made these tests just a little biased? lol

@NPEVIE Except with Chevy's HD to HD videos it was AMCI doing the tests which all manufacturers (Chevy, Ford, Dodge) use to test their vehicles. These Ford tests are pure marketing crap.

Haha the Super Duty was slammed with that load. The rear bumper seemed like it would hit the pavement if it hit a bump in the road.

@mellenjuice Every company rigs the tests they use...it's all about sales and the money they bring in. This video can convince some people to buy this truck, but it's all a matter of opinion and what brand you like.
