I did it the hardest way. I built up my entire base, the enemy of course did the same. My bass ended up being completely surrounded by 3 rows of tesla coils, all being powered by troopers. The attacks were so frequent that my war miners got maximum promotions. I destroyed the Kremelin with my nuke silo. It took hours

There's another way: take all the troops you have at the beginning (except Kirovs) and attack the north east base of the enemy while building up our own base. The enemies are still weak so you won't have problem doing this. After you build a barrack, train about ten engineers and send them to the north east base, capture enemies' buiding, then keep defensing, build apocalypses, missle silo, and win :)
