SPD or an over stimulating environment? That TV is way too loud for a child with or without sensory processing disorder.

there is nothing wrong with that child for godssake dont you understand that the problem is the tv? sensory integration my ass. I have ADD, just like 8 procent of the population. And I have a social science degree and write about ADD. And I can tell you there is nothing wrong. The baby is just HSP. Which happens a lot with highly gifted children with retarted parents.

My friend's son rubs his forehead on the floor when he gets overstimulated then he starts organizing objects in straight lines and patterns.

What were the signs of this little guys SPD at such a young age? My son is 7, and we've always known he was struggling with something, and that he was different than the average child, but it has taken until just 2 months ago for them to finally figure out that it's SPD.... he goes to occupational therapy and it's helping him (and us) in amazing ways!!!! Good luck with your lil guy :) He's beautiful!!!
Who are you to say I am retarted and nothing is wrong with my child . This video was taken well over 2 years ago but was diagnosed until afetr the video.I had no clue what this disorder was until my childrens daycare did an eval and he was having dcedlays in many areas so I was referred to earfly intervention and they did many evaluations on him and diagnosed him with sensory disorder and mild austism. He also started seeing a neurologist after he began having seizures when he was 8 months old.
