Assuming hard work and proper nutrition. How long should it take a slim 33 year old guy (such as myself) to develop a chest like yours? Would I be right in thinking that the time frame is counted in terms of years rather than in weeks or months?

Really good video been looking for a good workout plan for chest for ages !
Do you recommend maybe hitting heavy dips flat bench and flat flies on monday then thursday dips incline bench nd flies ?
or is that too much ?
also do i train triceps on the same day :)

@pepperonicheeseful No it is not ok. You grow when you rest not when you lift. You need at least a day off. Preferably you should rotate and train different body parts on different days.
how do you do if youre a big guy 1.84(6ft) and have man boobs. would this eliminate the fat, or just add muscle? eventually, yes, it will burn off but at the beginning, would the chest bloat out?
i dont want to start doing pecs then gain more mass while still wearing milkshakes.

IS IT OK TO CHANGE EVERY WEEK?? EXAMPLE... 1 WK FLAT BARBELL, INCLINE DBS, AND INCLINE FLIES... NEXT WK ...INCLINE BARBELL, FLAT DB. AND FLAT FLIES??
