You have a point, cllik. I think good nutrition, exercize, and support could be the cure. And I'm sure this takes dicipline.

There's nothing fishy about it. I use it and it works. I have NOTHING to do with TrueHope.
The only fishy thing about medicine is synthentic pharmaceutical drugs. Natural medicine has been around for thousands of years.

@FromAbby2You I would recommend this supplement because they have done such a great job putting together what the brain needs nutritionally, you can eat well and still not get what you need. Studies have shown that our foods are 50 TIMES less nutritious than 40 years ago ,especially minerals because of overfarming of land etc. Also recommend a book by Dr.Mark Hyman called The Ultra Mind Solution. cutting edge medicine is using proper nutrition because it is so often the root cause. Good Luck

@ironhorzmn , saying I don't believe in nutrients is like saying I don't believe in say.... blood , they are REQUIRED by our brains for proper function...I recommend a book by Dr.Mark Hyman called The Ultra MInd Solution. It is just pure common sense, something that is often bypassed in modern medicine because it has a bias towards pharmaceuticals that do not get to the root cause of illness. Post natal depression is common because baby has used up all of mother's minerals, common sense.
This is total bullshit.
Treating bipolar disorder with herbal supplements is like treating diabetes with Snickers.
Advocating non-medical management of bipolar or any other mood disorder is criminally reckless considering the likely consequences including job loss, social isolation and even self-harm.

@ironhorzmn These aren't "herbal" supplements. You should know the difference between "herbs" and "nutrients" before making ill-informed statements and misleading people.

@prokopton More irrelevant bullshit. Neither 'herbs' nor 'nutrients' have any scientifically recognized value in the treatment of bipolar disorder. Whatever you want to call it, it's nothing but snake oil.
I have bipolar disorder. I've had it for at least a decade. It's a real illness with real causes and real medically proven treatments...none of which includes egregious quackery like yours.
You're the one misleading people, pal. And those poor souls who believe your crap face real risks.

@ironhorzmn I'd like to argue with you but you'll have to do your own research into physiology and the needs of your cells. Visit encognitiveDOTcom . All the best to you.
