Being a monofonic synthesizer, the semblance isn't able to do chords. Of course, you can use the tuning of its second oscillator to create chord-a-like sound (e.g. 7th, 5th), but if you want to create more complex (dis-)harmonic structures, you have to record several tracks.

The leadsound in the middle part of the track was done by a special version of the DIY 303 clone ML 303 V5.

Just a recommendation: If you're thinking about buying a Semblance, why don't you wait until its successor, the Telemark, is available?

Btw. after about 4 years of using the Semblance, I'm still content with its broad, organic sound and possibilities.
