Look at the contradiction when Nugud starts talking about Khartoum Bank,the gui started praising Barclays Model. I think he shouldgo and bridge the gap in his theory, why they failed in the entire ex-communist world to develop a succesful bank like barclays, though I do notlike Barclays personally.
