Wow that cat is fat. I've noticed that happens a lot to shelter cats. Access to food all day and limited space for exercise. If a shelter had more volunteers that would mean more time to give cats scheduled feeding times, and more money would mean larger pens and play areas that encourage cats to be active. The one at 3:45 looks just like the cat i've got on my lap right now!
