  • great review, and i like the gun.. if you dont mind me asking how many rounds have you put through it now, and has it had any misfires

  • @GUNSDOTGOV I have 3000 rounds through it. Still no misfires. I have heard some issues with the Federal bulk packs lately; can't say I've tried the recently made stuff. I would consider it a con that I can't use the higher velocity rounds in it. I would like to use some CCI Velocitors without worry that it's gonna cause problems. I've been researching a gun that should solve all the cons mentioned and not. I will do a vid on it.

  • Loved the Video Now I want to check out Phoenix guns.I was thinking about what you had to say about Break in period. And I thought about revolvers. They don't really have a break in period right?

  • @fishfrizbee The goal of the break-in is to make sure the gun functions well after getting hot because hot components tend to swell thereby slowing down shell ejection. You will know your semi auto is pretty well broken in if, after 200+ rounds fired at the range that day, the shells are landing at the pretty much the same distance as the previous ones. For revolvers, the break-in approaches when there's little effort in ejecting your spent shells as the cylinder heats up.

  • Dude, I am thinking about buy 1 of these, how is it on reliability? CheaperThanDirt is selling these for 120.00, and it looks like a cool plinker.

  • @joejeep03 Having had it for a while now I would surely buy it again. I now use it as a boat gun for coons while night fishing. Gotta have something when two shinny eyes start swimming towards you. Still have yet to have a misfire or misfeed. Not into the firing pin hammer block as much anymore, a little too flimsy.

  • Looks like pheonix has broken the "ring of fire" sns hate. More people buying these little pistols. I love mine and often think of getting 2 or 3 more.

  • great review...I have also messed around with this plinker. the pin block safety level i believe is actually made of zinc, like most of the gun... with the blued plating finish.

  • this is a reliable fun inexpensive little gun no problems at all life time warranty

  • Oh, and thanks for the posting! Postings like these save the consumers 100s$ bc they show the junky guns before we up and finding out at the range we wasted our money. ppl talk all this shit about .22-.380, I'd like to see a doubter volunteer to take a shot if they are not effective.
