  • No it is not. This is true carbine with 19 inch barrel. Sporting rifle has 24 inch barrel.

  • Russian black powder throws lots of sparks. You don't get that with GOEX.

  • @hankbob2000 Not russian black powder, but czech. But you are right, GOEX is better, but hard to get here in the Czech rep.

  • Sorry, but isn't this classed as a sporting rifle and not a carbine? A carbine is shorter, made for portability, for the cavalry so they could load and fire on horseback (not that they actually did often)

  • @MrMax Black powder is less powerful, fouls the gun more and as you can guess from the name of its replacement produces a lot of smoke
