Three Art of Beer volunteers try beer floats.
Chuck Harris of Spindletop Steakhouse in Beaumont, Texas created a Pyramid Audacious Apricot Ale ice cream -- this tasted like a soft apricot cheesecake, insanely good and a Rogue Chocolate Stout ice cream that is topped with... you guessed it...Rogue Chocolate Stout, the finish was like a bittersweet brownie a l la mode.
Not seen, is the Abita Purple Haze Raspberry gelato.
