Mistinguett

Mistinguett fece il suo debutto al Casino de Paris nel 1895, apparendo inoltre in spettacoli alle Folies Bergère, al Moulin Rouge, e all'Eldorado.
Le sue cattive abitudini affascinavano Parigi e essa divenne una dei più popolari artisti francesi del suo tempo e la più importante donna dello spettacolo del mondo. Nel 1919, le sue gambe vennero assicurate per l'enorme cifra di 500 000 franchi.

Ebbe una lunga relazione con il più giovane Maurice Chevalier.

Registrò la sua prima canzone Mon Homme nel 1920.

I've never had the chance to see Mistinguett in action.. .very charming and attractive I can see why she was a star....I'm wondering what on earth the two chorus boys on the far left hand side of the stage are up to I think those two got carried away with it all he he lovely clip.
