Don't listen to the cat who dissed the drummer. Your drummer is fierce and laying down a nice pocket. Keyboardist needs to learn some comps; listen to Herbie on the original. Guitarist:listen to the original where Herbie uses the clavinet like a guitar. Nice bluesy solo! Sax solo: learn your pentatonic scales and melodic/harmonic minor scales. Drummer-----listen to some David Garibaldi and Dennis Chambers for some drum solo ideas. Steve Gadd, too. Nice effort, guys!
