The Prophecy (The Eclipse)- Harry Potter

After Voldemort is defeated, another prophecy is found and told to Harry and Hermione.

"The soulmates must separate their hearts and bound them instead to the siblings with hair of fire. Our world rests on their sacrifice. They shall not fail, for if they do, a new terror, far greater than what was known once before, will eclipse the world. The world will be drowned by fire. They must not fail."

Devestated, but willing to sacrifice their happiness for the safety of their world, they force themselves to fall in love with Ron and Ginny (the fire siblings). Neither sibling knows the prophecy ever existed, but Ron wonders why Hermione (who is so in love with Harry) has suddenly attached herself to him.

Neither Ron or Ginny ever find out the truth. And neither Harry nor Hermione ever stop loving each other.

The ultimate sacrifice. Love.
