On Saturday, June 6, pro-lifers across the country will be participating in the largest protest ever against the birth control pill and other birth control products. Last year, participants across the United States shared the facts on exactly how the pill kills babies. This year, we will expose the sordid details surrounding the tragic effects these chemicals have on women. We will emphasize the truth about how the pill kills women.

Join American Life League and protest the pill. Help us unmask the truth and hopefully save lives. You can do this by having a presence outside of doctors offices, pharmacies, Planned Parenthood clinics and other family planning facilities, or even out on the sidewalk at a busy intersection. Wherever it is help get the word out!

At what cost are these benefits? We are aware of the medical studies that claim these benefits you mention. These claims are not solutions. They only act as band-aids hiding what may be a more serious condition.

Since there are safe alternatives that many professionals aren't aware of, doctors are quick to prescribe hormonal contraception. The medical dangers attributed to hormonal contraceptives by far outweigh any benefits. You are trading relief from PCOS with a higher risk of clotting.

Bullshit. The pill has been around for 40+ years and it's been scientifically proven safe time after time. These people don't care about women's health, all they want is for women to exist to procreate and obey men. They want us push us back to medieval times by taking away our reproductive rights. Not to mention childbirth is far riskier than taking birth control pills. If it weren't for the pill, I could have had a child that I couldn't afford, and may have even died giving birth to him/her.

I stopped taking the pill. I got my tubes tied. Or was that the wrong thing too? Let's just be honest here....I exist to procreate and obey my husband. Forget college, a career, or just focusing on my already existing children that require considerable resources. Let's not focus on what they need to have a middle class life. No, let's think about all those babies I'll never have! It's irrelevant that I don't want more babies. Babies are gifts!

Childbirth is far riskier than taking birth control pills. Abortions are riskier than taking the pill. Women's health is quite clearly not what this organization is interested in, nor is preventing abortions their message. Fighting contraceptives is really only something you'd do if you want to make sex riskier for women. That's it. It's about punishing women for having sex. seriously? almost every medicine, holistic treatment, or life choice can kill you. If you use it wrongly, don't use it enough, use it too much, or use it with the wrong accompaniment. EVERY medical treatment you undergo can kill you. but it can also save your life. Just like the pill. Most of those side effects you mention only happen if you some other condition to go along with why you're taking it. or if you smoke... or drink alcohol.

Sterilisation would be preferable if we just think nature and overpopulation. What we should have is all men giving sperm samples to storage, and then getting a sterilisation.

That way there would never be need for any other forms of contraseption, and when people wanted a baby they would be able to get it.

Wow. ALL, here's how it works. Don't want the pill? Don't take it. A simple thought process, I would think.

But please. Don't go out and about scaring women, lying about the pill and distorting facts. Truth is: you're simply against ALL form of birth control. Which is why you don't like the pill. So you distort facts to fit your ideology. It's actually not very suble.
