Ummm...I see an alley-sour horse; it doesn't look like you're trying to teach him to do anything. By the way, your saddle pad is just a little bit too far back, but I think that's just a preference call. I always put mine more up front, but that's up to you. I like the blue on that horse! *lol* I have that same breastcollar, too. I'm not using it now, though; got one from the Josey ranch during a clinic and am using it on another horse right now. Still like it, though.

It's something to get him to neck rein better and quicker, put pressure on the foot your are turning towards, it's also helping with the reining spins I'm teaching him to do.
