just bought this at a hobby shop in japan for around $212 USD, might return it though cuz the AD cherokee is only around $120 in the US, expensive lil plane.

@jamiekenta I would not Buy the Cherokee to replace the Edge, Edge flys much better, Cherokee is under powered and do some reading about transmitter sticks to get it to work normal it needs a Modd done, throttle stick dont work normal its spring loaded so it stays in center like elevator and alerions stick, akward to use I modded mine. But Edge much better.

@jcherry50 thanks for the heads up! yeah i noticed that about the transmitter when taking it out of the box, i was a lil dissapointed that it didnt have a rudder, but i guess ailerons are better than nothing. just curious though, do you think the edge is worth $212? and also, how does it do against winds of up to around 8 mph?

@jamiekenta edge can handle the Wind, but I wouldnt buy either one, Buy the SukuoiXP from Parkzone, lots of Power and has 4 Channels, I own all 3 and the Sukuoi is the best it will handle wind with no trouble. The bind and fly version is only $100.00..

@jcherry50 guess im returing the edge then, i was thinking about the new sukuoi from parkzone because it is considerably cheaper than the edge, is 4 channels, and although i am a big fan of kyosho, parkzone did an amazing job on making better micro planes. just curious, do u think i can bind the sukuoi to a e-flite mcx transmitter? i like the small feel to it compared to a larger computer radio.

@jamiekenta Yes im pretty sure it will bind to the MCX chopper transmitter, but you might have to change some reversing switchs.

Just bought one of these new on ebay, i was not to sure to buy it as it has no rudder, so take offs could be a little tricky and knife edges are out of the question. but went for it anyway just so i could have a little fly about on a nice calm evening. Happy flying.

I've already flown the Citabria and found the company very well and wanted to kyosho I now get the edge
