Very nice video. A common problem of people who practice push hand is for the seek of push hand & forgot about its ultimate goal - gain favor position & attack.

Wow.. This was very very helpful! Than you so much! I will keep these points in mind. I am at a point in Chen Style Tai Chi where I can feel the power coming from my legs and when I practice fa-jing I get the fastest and most force through the legs. This isvery accurate and helpful thank you much.
