Halo 3 to save 'Bomb' XBox 360

Fox News Sr. Business Analyst, Terry Keenan, describes Microsoft's (MSFT) XBox 360 effort as a 'bomb' versus the Playstation 3 and Nintendo Wii, possibly due to the notorious "Red Ring of Death" issue. The business analyst goes on to state that Bungie's massive Halo 3 has come to the rescue for the beleaguered console. This is in stark comparison to CNBC's claims that it is time to 'sell' Sony (SNE) stock.

No sorry. Xbox is not the most shitty hardware. First off we've had 3 new cooling chips which have gotten rid of RROD. Ps3 over heats to shit within a few hours of online. The online is absolutely terrible. Paying 60 USD a year isn't asking much considering we get access to free demo's EARLY and a better community. Also XBL Silver is free. If you're not into competitive online gaming don't buy XBL Gold. Lol sorry but the 360 matches ps3 aside from blu-ray which is useless anyway.

I grew up with xbox so of course i like it more. But i do acknowledge its problems and errors. I also like the playstation to, and i see its problems as well. I think a good compromise would be for the two companies to create one console and online network together. Think about it the 2 best gaming industries combining the best parts of their consoles together to make the Playbox or Xstation. That system would be epic.

@Ner0this HAH, and on XBL, everyone playin' Halo Wars lost EVERYTHING. All content, all achievements, EVRYTHING. AND XBL has been down 3 times... Funny how ya don't mention that.

First off, it took Microsoft 4 years to fix that shit. I have 13 consoles and they ALL work except one. My 360. I own all 3 consoles this gen. If anyone can say anything about the consoles, it's me.

You do realize that blu-ray allows for FOUR times the content, I believe? FACT: Uncharted 2, which utilizes the whole PS3 disk would have to be on THREE 360 disks.

Most PS3 games have dedicated servers. No lag. Vs the 360 which has P2P servers = LAG. And YOU PAY for that shit.
