Pokemon hacks aren't as easy as they look. You have to do a lot of scripts if you want to do stuff like that.

how do you do a pokemon hack?
i would like to do one with all legendarys in 1 game
also where you have to travel to kanto then johto then hoenn then sinnoh
maybe use the magnet train to go between regions
must have johto pass to ride to johto, hoenn pass to ride to hoenn and the sinnoh pass to ride to sinnoh.
could get it as a present from completing pokemon league
would be amazing if that could happen

Yes. The player is free, but the composer is not. (I use a different composing program though, so I have no need for Notation Composer.)
