I love these moral hypocrites who love foetuses & then totally forget all about their humanity once those foetuses are born. After they're born they just become "brats" from "welfare cheats" that the state has to pay for.

Fetuses are not people, they have human DNA, but are not conscious. Don't impose your religious beliefs on others. In some cultures, like China, children are not considered people until the first birthday. What Darcy is saying, is that women who chose not to bring a child into a hellish life should not be condemned like the GOP wants them to be because of religious beliefs.

"[The belief that fetuses are not people] is not based on religion.... It is based in science"
It's a matter of definition. It is not falsifiable, in Karl Popper's sense, and is therefore not decidable within the domain of science.
The religion of scientism, the application of a parody of the scientific method to concepts outside the domain of science, is seductive and dangerous.
It's especially dangerous when it's used to justify moral beliefs.
And you have no idea how I see life.

"Don't go around trying to force your religious belief that fetuses are not people" EXCUSE ME, but that belief is not based on religion, it is NOT a religious belief. It is based in science and reason. Do you know that most people who are pro-choice do NOT believe abortion at 6-8 months should be legal (unless the mothers life is endangered by her unborn)? They don't want to kill babies, they aren't baby killers. Life is not dear to you, you see life as a layover for Heaven.

Don't go around trying to force your religious belief that fetuses are not people by making Christians who think fetuses are people pay for your abortions.
See, it works both ways. Funny thing, that.
(Personally, I think the State is so clumsy it has no business intervening in the matter. But I also think the way not to bring a child into a hellish life is to not live so as to make your life hellish, and that means first of all having a reverence for life, and lives, even fetal lives.)

If you want to know what a lib-prog is planning, look at what she accuses consie Republicans of doing.
Policy is power.
Tyrants like this Burner thug know nothing of leadership, only rule. Her desire to "change behavior" in any way at all signals her belief that she knows better than you how you should live your life, you stupid ignorant child, you.
The brewing war is between policy and autonomy, and neither Burner nor most Republicans can tolerate the latter.

Ms. Burner says that there are two ways to change behavior: force and consent. She then says that "force doesn't scale very far" and "consent is where the real power is." All fine and dandy and I agree 100%. But then she goes on to say that she supports "equal rights" laws. However, such laws have nothing to do with rights and everything to do with privileges. You can't stand on a platform of mutual consent while simultaneously pushing an agenda using the force of The State. Hypocritical.

Did you know that when you carry "the Bible" Satan has a headache, when you open it, he collapses, when he sees you reading it, he loses strength, AND when you stand on the Word of God, Satan can't hurt you!
