  • you guys kill me/i guess i havent made it to the devil worship and world power and Im a 32nd, 33rd, and shriner...wth?.....all you smart guys and know it alls, when is it going to happen. just be honest with your self...you are made because you are not one...right?

  • @bjs1911 yep, it's all about jealousy man, I hate to be excluded from the group..lol

Do your homework before you comment O' wise one..

  • Heehee. I see ya took my advice and got yerself a copy of da book. Good fer yew! ;)

Only problem is, if you ever decide to become one, you've ruined the surprise for yourself. Absolutely benevolent. Always have been.

I think I already gave you the names of some of the more esoterically-minded ones I know. They are the ones you'd relate to. Check 'em out.

The other 95% like to eat a lot, and do some charity work.

Glad you got the book. :)

  • Thanks, although it's happenstance that I got it.. Thing nearly jumped off the shelf trying to get my attention. I have a problem with organizing anything, let alone myself into a group like Masons, but if the day ever comes that I wish to settle down and hold myself superior to others, I'll give it a whirl. :)

  • Interesting, they probably are just a bunch of old guys sitting around having brunch. I don't believe anyone who is part of a group larger than 2, is capable of individual thinking...as far as the symbols go, they are age old archetypes that want recognition, being brought up from the unconscious.....

  • Indeed, and I would not be surprised if they had absolutely no idea where the signs and symbols came from or what they really mean. As far as I know, they trace their organizations history to before the Universal Deluge, but I am next to positive that the real meaning of their rituals is unknown, even to them. However, the idea that an elite club exists through handshakes and symbols is an idea I cannot stomach easily. There is no reason to hold secret any sort of information, no matter what.

  • The secrets of Freemason if any are an historical link to the Medieval Guilds of Stonemasons, and used to identify another brother to a brother. Every group or member in society have their own secrets which they wish to keep to themselves

  • @yawehking every religion or social group (open or not for lay people, i.e, not formally or informally iniciated) have symbols and speeches that is just properly understood by some (the experienced ones, the iniciated, if you wish). The secret inside the masonic society is the simbolic meanings its 'symbols' posseses and a set of means of communication/idendification for any kind of help (which any group of organized pple have).

  • Focus!

  • @YahawehtheMatrix you a so full of crap. You clearly have absolutely no idea atall what you're talking about when you lie about Freemasons. Keep reading your anti-Mason internet bs and talking to non-Masons like you know some dark evil stuff its all a lie you know nothing about Freemasonry or about the 32nd and 33rd degree of the Scottish Rite

  • all you have to do to learn the real "secrets" is petition a lodge. quit hiding behind one person's idea of our ritural (Dunkin). Those diagrams are not entirely correct. And even if they were, what do they have to do with the non-initiated??? nothing.

  • Your ending Star wars style word scroll started so good! The last sentence (run on) was void of logic though...

"They use these symbols. PERIOD. End.

not "They use these symbols to communicate with eachother, and keep the public ignorant" WTF?

    1+1=17 eh?

  • Sorry if it's been asked already, but what is the name of this song, and who performs it?

  • @yawehking He could be right, I relised that 400 years ago, the free people were jealously of the slaves. Even though the slaves experienced what they did, the free people wanted some of their living because of what they had. Let's face it, this bjs1911 character is void of logic.
