I don't blame Geoff for being upset about his piano but this was a pre-orchestrated stunt and apparently Ben was under the impression his management had approval for the stunt. Seems someone forgot to tell Geoff. Saturday of the same week Ben appeared on Hey Hey It's Saturday wearing a "Geoff Harvey Appreciation Society" T-shirt. I just wish they had somehow managed to get a celebrity boxing match out of this....

I just wanna know for sure. Was it really Geoffs Piano? Or was it Bens. And usually when Ben throws his stool it hits seat first. Did the leg hit the keys and damage it this time? So may important questions. I can see why someone would get upset if someone borrowing my possession damaged it. But I love Ben Folds and if this guy was a legend in australia this Geoff guy. Then this was probably a great move on bens part. It probably got him a lot of publicity.

Meh. If you have Ben Folds on your show, you should know better. Also, the piano is just a material object. I'm sure Geoff wouldn't have had much trouble getting it fixed. Much ado about nothing.
