  • Oops, I thought it was an SCTV sketch, guess not. Just watched it again...

  • @Woodenarrows Sorry it was not what you were looking for.

  • @EconoChallenge No, I was talking about my first comment. I knew what the "Wear the Fox Hat" meant, I just was mistaken about where I first saw it so many years ago. I thought it was an SCTV skit but it looks like it was actually a Miller Beer commercial, unless of course SCTV threw that logo on the skit???

I've said "Wear the Fox Hat" a few times to myself :-))

  • @Woodenarrows That Miller Beer commercial was making the rounds the same year we got back from our hike in Quebec. People in Ontario seem to know very little about Quebec in general and even less about anything north of the St. Lawrence River. So it was our little joke and eventually became the perfect name for DVD of the trip. I kept the name when I uploaded it to our new you-tube channel.

  • So JP...You're a hammocker eh! Nothing like a hammock for those old bones...hehe :o)

  • This one is a homemade job. We have all got a version we each created ourselves. Hanging is very good for crown land camping because you do not get a campsite usually. But you can always find two trees together! My first comment on hanging .... it is cold man!

  • Jeep, I just found this video and I understand the title :-)) I still have that little SCTV sketch saved in a video file.

    Jim...

  • Thank you! This was a wilderness campsite that had not been used in a few years. The fire pit was in a bad location. Those plant would have been killed by our fire. So we thought we would move them and give them a chance. If we apply this idea to the entire world, we would have one great place to live!
