@bananian A good thing to do for practice is drawing from the posemaniacs website. eventually proportions will become second nature.

This is not a bad finished product. And what is there to lie about anyway? Art is about expression not parameters. The artist can add value one day and none the next time. Unless you paid him for a specific product the artist should allow changes in his/ her technique to reflect ..... something, anything. It doesn't matter. Approach art like "The Dude". All he wanted was his carpet back anyway.
