  • the new 6 speed auto is def faster than the 4 speed, plus i think it gets better gas mileage, i got 39 mpg on the highway in this bad buy going 75 on cruise

  • @edawg305 This is a 5-speed.

  • @DarkWhoppy

    Downhill run.

At the test track, the Forte Koup SX hit 60 mph in 8.4 seconds en route to a 16.3-second quarter-mile at 85.8 mph.

  • @broskiskunk It was not downhill. I don't own the car anymore, but I was on a pretty flat road during this drive. You're quoting stats from where? I'm not the only owner that got just slightly over 7 sec 0 - 60 in this car. This video has been up nearly two years and not one person has claimed downhill run or a 8+ second track time.

  • @DarkWhoppy

road and track and motor trend. 170 hp and no torque isn't gonna power a 3000 lb. tank to 60 in 7 seconds. I have a 3000gt that weighs 3300 lbs. 222 hp stock and 205 torque and I get 7 seconds with a good launch.

  • @broskiskunk Car and Driver Road Test Results. Zero to 60 in 7.1 seconds. And many others.. Then there is a video in your face from a non-corporate funded party and you still claim this is false. I owned the car and recorded multiple 0 - 60 videos with pretty much the same result.

You can follow and believe whatever you want. It makes no difference to me. I didn't upload this to fool anyone.

There is no replacement for displacement and a 2.4 L will never make more torque than a 3.0 L assuming both cars have same mods and in naturally aspirated form.

  • @broskiskunk lol, YOU think it has no torque. Do you even know what torque is, let alone what a torque curve means?

  • @mysticarabknight Honda? EUWWW! Ugly as hell.

  • Just bought one of these today. Little fucker is quick. A lot faster than my 300m was, and the 300 has about 150 extra horsepower. Not to mention this thing turns like a dream. I love it.

  • @parker770

No its not. 3000gt n/a is quick stock runs low 15s with good driver traps 90-92 and would smoke this. A few mods and you got 14s n/a. Go all out n/a and you can smoke twin turbo 3000gts that are stock of course which is my goal.

  • @broskiskunk Ironic that the guy calling this an underpowered overweight tank drives an n/a 3000gt, one of the most underpowered overweight tanks in history. The Forte is svelte in comparison.

  • Eww a KIA. No where near my 2012 SI

  • @broskiskunk Ya it makes a difference trust me lol ive seen 1/4 mile races be 2-3 seconds slower with the same cars cause of elevation, where i live its about 130 ft. With the 10's that is believable but with the 11' 6 speeds it might be closer, there is a good difference between the 5 speed and 6 with performance... prob at higher speeds will it start taking off. In the end of the day i have never seen them go. There are no vids of them going head to head, i am waiting for one to come out.

  • @ilk123

Yeah but once the Si hits second its gone. I'm at 1500 feet might make a difference might not.

  • @ilk123 and the torque on the car is about the same as its horsepower, better torque to weight ratio than the 06-11 civic SI
