  • is this the same as a african peacock? too bad u not in usa , i would buy from u

  • hi,this is a peacock but line breed (man made) not found in lake mamawi

  • Fantastic fish, you should think about doing a grand tour of your fish house ,it would take several chapters.

  • hi jim ,we are working on it but light and reflections are making it very difficult,

as you can see on this vid the tank lights are glareing the male fish too much you cant see his true beauty and detail properly, but we will keep trying lol

  • Have you tried a marine blue Actinic lamp? It should really bring out the blue to help the red.

  • jim dont swear ACTINIC bleach the colour in your fish

  • We have bought fish off tony and they are very beautiful fish. :)

  • wow never seen a cichlid with such an intense red colour

  • this is a coral red right?

  • pana si le quitas el brillo se veria mejor el color real de los pecs

  • For anyone reading this, i have bought fish off this guy and they are so colourful the camera does not capture them properly and they really have to be seen in the flesh. I got subadults and they are the best ive ever seen in freshwater tropicals, i cant wait for them to be full size which aint gonna be long. Ive seen lots of malawis lose colour with age cos they are chemically bought on but these get more colour with age. I WANT MORE !!!!
