David Kensinger, Governor Sam Brownback's chief of staff, said new aviation jobs to be announced by the governor Tuesday in Wichita and an increase in hydraulic fracking for oil and gas production will create ten times as many jobs as will be lost by Boeing's announced departure from Wichita. Kensinger also previewed other upcoming announcements regarding trimming state spending during his appearance at the Wichita Pachyderm Club Friday, Jan. 6, 2012.   • This house is not on fire. Please ignore the smoke and cinders. This was the most insanely Orwellian speech I have ever seen. Wichita is finished. Put a fork in it.
