if you look above the "ghost" you will see fluorescent lighting, they usually cause a light flare which bounces off your camera lens,,,,sorry no ghost

Might be smoke, flicks from lights, motion blur, etc.
Pero I'm only speculating, sa Madrigal, Burns, Arrupe meron pa raw? Lol
