Those in favour of forming a group of motorcyclists or other citizens who we can then claim to have listened to before imposing our own way please raise you hand. Obviously we will completely ignore them as normal citizens have no idea what they are talking about. We just ignored nearly 3,000 petitioners and 5 sensible cases against this scheme. So that's a yes then.

It's astounding that they made practically no reference at all to the amount of opposition to the scheme. It's as if the fact that 4000 angry bikers were demonstrating outside their door had yet to penetrate their brains.
