Also, the fans call Yoko 'Kokina' as they know him from his time in Japan before working for WWF.

That's because Vince only lets wrestlers use certain movesets. I'd like to see a clip of Hulk Hogan's Japan fights. I hear he wrestles completely different from the "clothesline-boot-legdrop" combo we're used to.
